Founded in 2002 by David Feinberg, a veteran of Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Foley, Hoag & Eliot LLP, The Feinberg Law Group, LLC is a boutique corporate law firm, specializing in starting and financing businesses and in general corporate law, with practice areas ranging from corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions to licensing, strategic partnerships, fund formation, executive employment and dispute resolution matters.

LightWire took over IT management for The Feinberg Law Group in March 2006, replacing their previous outsourced IT provider who was terminated for poor customer service.  LightWire handles the day to day IT management and maintenance of the 10 to 15 user accounts, 10 to 15 Windows XP desktop and laptop computers, and two Windows 2003 Servers.  Recently, LightWire managed the migration of the company's network and systems to a new office space, as well as assisted in the development of a secure, hosted collaboration platform for Feinberg's clients which is hosted in the LightWire data center. Additinally, LightWire helpded design a unique telephony solution to allow one of the partners to work remotely from a distant location - this solution includes the use of a VoIP telephone platform, and allows the partner to appear to be in the office even when he is working outside of the office. This solution dovetails with a powerful remote access solution deployed by LightWire that allows the Feinberg staff to remotely connect to their work desktops when working remotely, allowing them high-speed access to their critical business applications. The Feinberg Law Group relies on the LightWire network monitoring platform and anti-spam services to help ensure that their network and systems continue to run smoothly.
