LightWire started work for AngelPoints in August of 2007 taking over management of its network from a previous provider. LightWire has performed 100% of this work remotely, and is responsible for the management and maintenance of their 6 Windows 2003 servers and 20 to 30 desktops and laptops.

LightWire has recently completed the implementation of a new firewall platform that provides for redundant Internet connections, migrating away from a legacy set of Linux firewalls.

AngelPoints relies on LightWire's network monitoring service to ensure that its systems are healthy and functioning properly.
