	Boston TeamWorks is a permanent administrative home to multiple youth organizations using sports, and partnerships with sports organizations, to engage underserved urban boys and girls in enrichment programs such as character education, community service, youth development, leadership development and educational activities. SportSpace is not only a shared physical facility; it is a collaboration through which the participating organizations expect to achieve enriched youth programming, to increase the number of children served, and to improve opportunities for youth. The following organizations are located at Boston Team Works MetroLacrosse, New England Scores, CityKicks, Good Sports, World T.E.A.M. Sports, A Better Chance, and Boston Youth Sports Initiative. LightWire began work managing the IT infrastructure for Boston TeamWorks and the organizations located at Boston TeamWorks in April of 2007. Their infrastructure consists of a Windows SBS server 2003 running Exchange 2003 and approximately 30 desktops and laptops running Windows XP. LightWire stabalized an unreliable network and introduced standardized systems and methodologies that have dramatically reduced the number of problems experienced by end-users. Recently LightWire has implemented a remote access solution to provide staff members with remote access to their desktop, software applications, and files while working remotely.
